You will receive a personalized approach to your treatment session based on your individual health needs, life goals, and availability for treatment. A combination of traditional Swedish massage strokes, deep tissue work, Reiki, stretching, and Craniosacral Therapy can be used during your treatment session and will be discussed during your initial appointment.
